Top View bed and breakfast is your home away from home. Located in Hokitika the heart of Westland, New Zealand, we pride ourselves on providing all the comforts of home, clean comfortable beds, plus a place to relax and recharge your batteries.
Here we have majestic views from our top lounge which also doubles as our breakfast room, on clear days you can enjoy the Southern Alps; which are twice as majestic in the winter when covered in snow. Mounts Cook and Tasman, which are to the south of us, look remarkably close and to the west you can see the ever changing Tasman Sea.
