We engaged Sam at topView Photography to capture some drone footage of our local yacht racing at Gulf Harbour. We found Sam to be so easy to deal with and he went out of his way to ensure a successful project. With average weather encountered for the primary and secondary dates, Sam made himself available for an alternative date and it was worth waiting for - he captured some great footage. I got a second call from the telemarketing arm of Topview Photography. I pointed out yet again that the marketer should be a member of the NZ Marketing Association and gain access to the Do Not Call list maintained by that organisation. This information was not on the telemarketer's script and I got nowhere. Very pushy, very script-driven, extremely unsatisfactory.read more

I was cold-called by a very aggressive marketer who would not let me ask questions and who wanted me to agree to things such as "the best time to call again" before I'd made any decisions about the product. I asked whether the marketer was a member of the NZ Marketing association and I was twice told he was (I am on the Marketing Association's "Do not call" list). When I was about to explain, politely, that perhaps he should not be calling me, I was abruptly cut off. Very pushy, very script-driven, very unsatisfactory. There are plenty of other people in Auckland providing the same service.read more
